# BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM : 01/01/2018

 CLINICAL : V76.12 Screen For XX , Othe-V76.12.

 Comparison is made to exams dated : date mammogram , date mammogram , date mammogram - Pickett Rd . XX and date mammogram - South Breast Imaging. 

 The tissue of both breasts is extremely dense. There are grouped calcifications in the right breast at 5 o'clock middle depth. There are grouped calcifications in the left breast at 2 o'clock posterior depth. There also is an asymmetry in the left breast posterior depth superior region seen on the mediolateral oblique view only. No other suspicious masses or calcifications are seen in either breast.

 IMPRESSION : NEEDS ADDITIONAL IMAGING EVALUATION The grouped calcifications in the right breast at 5 o'clock middle depth appear indeterminate . Additional views are recommended. The grouped calcifications in the left breast at 2 o'clock posterior depth appear indeterminate. Additional views are recommended. The asymmetry in the left breast posterior depth superior region seen on the mediolateral oblique view only appears indeterminate. Additional views are recommended. The patient has been or will be contacted and a final report will be issued.
